Tea time
Tea is one of those little things you can get addicted to, that doesn't mean it's bad for you. My favourite tea is any vanilla flavoured tea. But I also love all of the TAZO teas, you can steep all of them in cold water with ice(which is a delight on a hot summer day). I got into the bad habit of putting sugar and milk in my tea(I know! What was I thinking) but let's be honest, a lot of people do it! I have gotten into specialty teas, which don't taste the best with milk. So I stopped putting milk in my drinks. I still put a pinch of sugar though! Every girl loves her sweetener!
The great thing about tea is that it is ZERO calories(not that I count calories, because I don't) but hearing that is bringing joy to my ears. Tea is so calming! I suggest waking up early to the sunrise and drink a breakfast blend or anything to your taste such as: fruity, sweet, zen etc. that will start your day off beautifully. Don't just stop there! At the end of the night try a tea that has no caffiene like a camomile tea, it will sooth the inside of your body before bed, and you will sleep soundly. Remember to be kind to your body!🍵
